I looked up the travel insurance info on AMA it was really easy to follow. The coverage details were simple to find, and I didn’t have to dig around or second-guess what was included. Smooth experience overall...

Not gonna lie, this AMA branch is in a convenient spot for me, which is probably the main reason I keep going there. It’s not too far of a drive, and I can usually find parking without too much hassle.

The only downside is that it gets randomly busy sometimes, even when I wouldn’t expect it to. The inside also feels a little cramped, so if there are a few people waiting around, it can get kind of awkward.

Overall, it’s fine. I wouldn’t say there’s anything amazing about it, but the location works for me, and that makes it easy enough to keep using.

I had AMA come out to test my battery and replace it, but the whole check felt a little rushed. The new battery’s working fine so far, but I’m not totally convinced they really looked everything over properly. I just expected a bit more from the service

I had a really good experience with AMA driver training. My instructor was calm, clearly knew what he was doing, and explained things in a way that actually made sense to me. I was sorta nervous at the start, but after each lesson I felt more confident behind the wheel. I ended up passing my road test too, so no complaints from me...

My car wouldn’t start, so I had to get it towed. The driver was really patient and took his time getting it loaded instead of rushing through it. He made sure nothing scraped or got damaged, which feels like the decent way to treat someone’s car. It arrived with no new damage at all, and I really appreciated that.

I had to change a few details on my policy, i was fully expecting some annoying back-and-forth or random mistake because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, everything was updated correctly the first time. No weird errors, no chasing anyone down, no “please resend this form” nonsense. It was actually easy, which was a nice surprise.

I found a nice vacation package really quickly! There were lots of options to choose from, and comparing the prices was simple enough :)

Parking was really straightforward, which made the visit less stressful. The entrance was also easy for my mom to manage with her walker. Nothing fancy, but it was practical and worked well for what we needed.

Booking my driving lessons with AMA was really simple. I could choose times that fit around school and my part-time job, which was a huge help... and I didn’t have to keep calling back and forth to sort it out.

I had to renew my registration and started the process online with AMA, then popped in to finish one small thing. it was ridiculously smooth. The staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing, like there was absolutely zero doubt in my mind, and I wasn’t stuck waiting around forever like I’ve been at other registry places. Got my paperwork handled and was out way faster than I expected. No stress, no confusion, no drama whatsoever. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.

I just went through my renewal and decided to shop around a bit, and AMA ended up being cheaper than what I was already paying without lowering my coverage. Maybe it’s because it’s fresh in my mind, but the whole quote process felt really straightforward and easy to understand, which I appreciated. Insurance is never exactly exciting to pay for, but bundling my car and home actually saved me enough that I noticed the difference. Overall, it felt like good value compared to what I had before.

I just needed a quick passport photo and it turned out really clear. The whole thing was easy, and I didn’t run into any issues. Kinda exactly what I was hoping for.

I used AMA for road test prep i thought it was going to be this big confidence-boosting moment, but nope. The instructor was nice enough, so I don’t want to be dramatic, but the whole thing felt rushed and I was sitting there like, “Wait, that’s it?”

Some of the tips were useful, but a lot of it was stuff I already knew, which made me feel like I had paid to be reminded how to breathe. I still felt super unsure about parking and had basically zero peace of mind about the actual test route afterward.
For the price, I really expected more focused practice and clearer feedback. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it didn’t really help me feel ready, and I left feeling more stressed than when I started.

I found the driver training on AMA really helpful. It was easy to follow and just made the whole road test feel a lot less intimidating. I also really liked the practice tips since they gave me a better idea of what to work on before test day

I got helped fast, and the wait wasn’t long at all. Not sure how it usually is there, but my experience was smooth enough.
